Board deliberations, minutes, and materials are public unless confidentiality is approved by motion. Minutes become public once accepted by the Board.

Governance
The organization operates under board-approved bylaws covering conflict of interest, a code of ethics, whistleblower protection, and document retention. The Board holds at least six meetings per year.
Charitable compliance
We comply with the Maryland Charitable Organizations and Solicitations Act, and voluntarily follow the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Voluntary Best Practices for U.S.-Based Charities.
